Associate Attorney
Dalen is a business-oriented attorney with experience litigating commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and related torts. He has further experience in probate and trust litigation and employment matters such as unpaid wages, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. Admitted in Florida and all federal districts of Florida, he has pursued and defended claims in state and federal courts. Dalen earned his B.S.B.A., cum laude, from Oklahoma State University and J.D., cum laude, and Intellectual Property Certificate from Florida International University College of Law, where he received CALI Awards in Legal Skills & Values III, Entertainment Law, and Sports Law.
