Steven Imparato, Esq.

Steven is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of legal experience. He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, and holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Florida. His practice focuses on transactional real estate, business, and probate-related matters. Since being licensed in the State of Florida in 2009, he has also been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Justin Waxman, Esq.

Partner, Head of Transactional and Intellectual Property

Justin leads the firm’s transactional practice, advising a diverse range of clients from entrepreneurs and athletes to record labels and entertainers on the legal side of building, protecting, and growing their businesses. His work spans corporate and commercial deals, strategic partnerships, real estate, and transactions across the sports, entertainment, and music industries. He also heads the firm’s intellectual property and NIL practice, helping clients navigate trademark strategy and brand monetization with a sharp, business-minded approach. Justin is a trusted advisor delivering tailored legal solutions that protect and grow his clients’ interests. Justin holds a B.S from University of Central Florida and a J.D. from Florida International University, College of Law.

Jennifer Raben, J.D.

Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer Raben serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, playing a key role in its strategic growth and expansion into new practice areas. She manages the firm’s day-to-day operations, consistently working to enhance client services and improve operational efficiency. Jennifer also oversees financial management, leads recruitment and hiring initiatives, and develops firmwide strategies to support long-term growth and success. Jenifer holds her J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, and dual degree from the University of Florida in English and Criminology.

Bianca Corrado, Esq.

Associate Attorney, Civil Litigation

Bianca specializes in civil litigation, representing both corporate clients and individuals. Prior to joining KI, she worked at a boutique New York law firm focused on contract litigation. She is admitted to the State Bar of Florida and the State Bar of New York. Bianca earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Lafayette College. Known for her approachable demeanor and unwavering professionalism, Bianca builds strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Ransom Campbell, J.D.

Law Clerk, Sports, Entertainment & Business Affairs

Ransom supports the firm’s transactional and litigation practices, assisting on matters involving sports, entertainment, and business sectors. His work includes supporting commercial contracts, brand and talent deals, entity formation, employment matters, and intellectual property.
