Steven Imparato is a founding partner of Kenner + Imparato, PLLC. Steven focuses his practice on transactional real estate, business and probate related matters. He was admitted to practice in 2009 after graduating from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida. Prior to obtaining his juris doctor degree, Steven attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 2009 and has since been admitted to the federal court of the Southern District of Florida.

Bianca M Corrado is an associate at Kenner + Imparato, who joined the firm in 2022.Bianca practices civil litigation, representing both corporate entities and individuals. Prior to joiningthe firm, she worked for a boutique law firm in New York that specializes in contract litigation.Bianca is admitted to both the State Bar of Florida and the State Bar of New York. Bianca is a 2019 graduate of Fordham University School of Law and a 2015 graduate of LafayetteCollege.

Jennifer Raben serves as the firm’s chief operating officer. She plays an integral role in the firm’s growth and expansion into new practice areas. In her pivotal position of managing the day-to-day operations, she continuously works to enhance client offerings and improve operational efficiency. Ms. Raben oversees the firm’s overall financial position, manages all staff recruitment and hiring activities, and develops strategies to manage and support the growth and success of the firm. Prior to obtaining her law degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, Ms. Raben earned a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida, where she also graduated with honors.

Adam B. Kenner is a seasoned attorney and managing partner at Kenner + Imparato, PLLC, with over 15 years of experience in Florida state and federal courts. He specializes in business, real estate, and sports and entertainment law, representing clients nationwide. Kenner works with top athlete agencies, handling contracts, endorsements, nonprofit formation, and more. Known for his personalized approach, he provides strategic legal support across a range of matters, including crisis management and trademarks. An expert in NFL and NFLPA legal issues, he has represented hundreds of clients in that space. He holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, and has been a Florida Bar member since 2009.
