His work includes supporting commercial contracts, brand and talent deals, entity formation, employment matters, and intellectual property. Drawing on experience with talent representation, startups, and brand development, Ransom brings a business-oriented mindset to every matter. He plays an integral role in delivering practical legal solutions that align with clients’ long-term strategies and goals. Ransom holds a J.D. and Master of Sports Law and Business from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
